Under the agreement on the alienation of an exclusive right, one party (the right holder) transfers or undertakes to transfer the exclusive right to the result of intellectual activity or to the means of individualization in full to the other party (the purchaser).
The agreement on alienation of the exclusive right is concluded in written form. Failure to comply with the written form entails the invalidity of the contract.
